Get out the vote, yo

Today is election day! Please vote, and remind others to vote.
Go to votercall.org and sign up to call voters in swing states. It's super easy. You just remind them to vote, and if they have questions about where they vote, refer them to a non-partisan toll-free number.
I spent a chilly hour in southern New Hampshire, waving a Kerry sign and cheering and hooting at passing cars. I'd say that four out of five drivers waved and gave a thumbs-up, and the returns were even better for white-haired lady drivers and/or Honda drivers. Every time we got a wave from a panel-truck driver we got extra excited. And even when the guy yelled, "Go back to Massachusetts," that was fun.
So go do something, then go do something extra! My friend Kitty even paid $13 to express mail her absentee ballot back to California, and she's got troubles of her own. So go!
